The spa owner must do everything as stated and recommended in the Hot Tubs’ spa owners’ manual and warranty letter to safeguard and maintain the spa and thus ensure their warranty remains valid for the full term of the warranty.
Please note the extent of this warranty is solely for the benefit of the UK-boundary-based consumer of Hot Tubs spa products. It is for the avoidance of doubt in the unlikely event that there is a malfunction with your hot tub or swim spa product. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please read through these carefully. This warranty begins on the agreed delivery date for your spa, but not later than one year from the date you make your purchase.
In the event during the warranty period that you transfer your ownership of the spa to a third party, or, as the original consumer, you relocate and reinstall your purchase outside the United Kingdom, this warranty becomes null and void.
For the purpose of the warranty wording, both “hot tub” and “swim spa” will be referred to as “spa”; “Hot Tubs” refers to the name of the company throughout this warranty.
