Returns

All Hot Tub products – the hot tubs, swim spas and accessories that we supply – are all guaranteed to be brand new from the manufacturer/s and mainly held ex-stock in our warehouse.

If any product we supply has a reported manufacturer fault, or has, in the unlikely event, been damaged upon receipt by our customer, we will happily accept the return of these. Your statutory rights will not be affected, It is the responsibility of the customer to promptly report and return such items, which, upon receipt and assessment by Hot Tub, will be prepared for a refund.
